Alongside hundreds of other MPs, this week I voted to prevent Boris Johnson being able to crash our country out of the European Union without a deal. Alongside me in the voting lobbies were members from across all parties — some in favour of Brexit, some opposed but all united against the undemocratic and reckless power-grab Mr Johnson is attempting to force on the country and our parliament.
The fact that MPs who have for years sat in different parties, usually voting against one another, are now on the same side, is indicative of how big a change is happening.
